This garden makeover by SilvaTree created a fresh, contemporary and beautifully finished outdoor space. To create the contemporary garden, our team combined high-quality hard landscaping with new planting areas, fencing and lawn.
Porcelain Patio Design & Installation
The main patio and pathway within this contemporary garden were laid using Corkers Dune Pearl Porcelain. Porcelain paving provides a clean and elegant finish with a natural stone appearance, which is perfect for the modern style of the landscape.
The patio was finished with two sections of Herringbone Pavers, creating a distinctive border that adds character, detail and definition to the contemporary garden design.
The porcelain paving continues along the side of the garden to form a clean, practical pathway, complemented by Cotswold chippings. Their warm, natural tones soften the crisp paving and create an attractive contrast that brings additional texture and interest to the space.
New Lawn & Planting Areas
A fresh new lawn was installed to create a lush green centrepiece, bringing balance and softness to the contemporary hard landscaping. New flower beds were also installed around the garden, providing space for colourful planting to provide texture and seasonal interest.
Contemporary Fencing for Privacy
The existing fence line was transformed with new Jacksons Tongue & Groove Effect fence panels, creating a smart and uniform backdrop for the entire garden. This not only provides privacy to the garden, but also offers a high-quality finish to the landscape that complements the modern garden design and paving.

The completed garden is a fresh and contemporary outdoor space that combines clean lines with softer natural textures. The porcelain paving and herringbone detailing provide a high-quality modern finish, while the lawn, flower beds and Cotswold chippings introduce warmth, colour and contrast. New fencing completes the transformation by creating a smart, private backdrop.
