He collaborates with the sales and design teams providing strategic thinking and guidance to meet the ever-changing requirements of a dynamic landscaping company.

With her background in education and Biological Sciences, Alice is an integral part of our team who ensures we remain in line with our core values. She has an active interest in gardening, biodiversity and the environment and creating outdoor spaces that enhance the quality of people’s lives. Alice is involved in day-to-day project management processes and in ensuring that the office function runs smoothly. She collaborates with garden designers, the sales department and the operational teams to help deliver the dream garden.

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and business management across a wide range of sectors, including property and facilities management. Gardening and landscaping truly run in Mark’s family. His mother was named Kent Gardener of the Year and earned many other awards, while his late father, a lifelong allotment holder, served as Head Groundsman at Kent Cricket Premier League champions Hartley Country Club during their most successful years.

Jen looks after the behind-the-scenes systems that keep everything running smoothly. From streamlining day-to-day tasks in Trello to building clever automations in Zapier, she makes sure things are efficient, organised and stress-free. Proactive and friendly, Jen is the quiet tech brain in the background, always looking for ways to improve how things work. She’s based near Lincoln and when she’s not untangling tech, she’s busy with her two German Shepherds and two kids who are in primary school.

Tash is the first point of contact for new landscaping enquiries, helping clients bring their outdoor projects to life. From the moment a client gets in touch, Tash gathers details about their vision, answers any initial questions and arranges a convenient site visit. She also supports customers throughout the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that they have a great experience from start to finish.

Matt is the founder of New Leaf Media, a specialist paid media agency that helps landscapers find and book more appointments to secure more projects. He has over nine years of experience in social media, having worked with brands such as Deliveroo, Universal Music Group and The Gym Group, while achieving over a billion video views online. Matt is also a regular contributor to ProLandscaper Magazine and serves as a judge at the ProLandscaper Business Awards.

Daniel, owner of Wayre House Electrical Services, has over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry. For the past 10 years, he has led the business in delivering high-quality electrical services across a wide range of projects, including landscape works where lighting and power are added. As a qualified electrician, also holding the BS2396 certification in electrical design and verification, Daniel brings a wealth of experience and expertise.
