Project Overview
For this project, SilvaTree offered a complete garden design renovation to this landscape in Bromley, creating a multi-functional outdoor space that is suitable for the whole family to enjoy. We delivered the complete redesign and installation, including paving, planting, and turfing.
Year-Round Garden Design
This garden has been designed for year-round use, combining hard landscaping with planting areas and bespoke features like a pond and raised sleeper beds for enhanced visual appeal. The garden design centres around the focal points of the Oak Railway Sleeper Beds along two sides.
Once filled with planting, these beds will add a fabulous vibrancy of colours and textures, and also attract a range of pollinators in the spring and summer months. The addition of a WoodblocX Pond will also be a wonderful haven for wildlife and a habitat to spark interest as the pond life matures and evolves.
Sandstone Paving
We installed new paving using sandstone in Autumn Brown to add warmth to the garden design. This pathway leads from the newly extended patio to a beautifully constructed gazebo area, which is now the centre of entertainment for the family.
Lawn & Fencing
A newly laid lawn has been added to the centre of this garden design, increasing visual appeal and functionality of the space, making it suitable for children and adults alike. This has been enhanced with railway sleeper lawn edges, providing contrast and defining the separate zones of the garden.
The garden design was completed with the installation of Jackson’s Featherboard fencing, providing security and privacy to the family when spending time outdoors.
