Project Overview
For this garden transformation, SilvaTree had the privilege of building a beautiful garden designed by Victoria Legge. Our team provided the complete construction of the new outdoor space, including creating various levels to tackle the uneven ground and the movement of tonnes of earth.
Professional Garden Design
This garden was designed by Victoria Legge and built by our landscaping team, who followed the design exactly and provided the high-quality materials needed for a lasting garden transformation.
Fencing & Decking
A new boundary fence made of Venetian slats was installed to provide a clean and contemporary appearance to the garden, which complements the rest of the materials used throughout this garden transformation project.
At the highest level of the garden, we installed new decking in Golden Oak Millboard, creating the ideal seating space. From this high vantage point, our clients can enjoy views over the city of London and Canary Wharf from the comfort of their own garden.
Patio Design
To accommodate the layered garden design, we installed various patio areas and retaining walls. These retaining walls were clad with Limestone and centre around the Cedar-clad garden room, which is a stunning focal point in the garden.
Heath Sawn Sandstone was used for the patio areas, with one area dedicated to Antique Bayham setts to provide visual interest and contrast. These patio areas can be used for dining, hosting, and seating, creating various usable areas within the garden.
Access throughout the garden is offered through the side path, which has been beautifully inlaid with stepping stones and a gravel finish for texture and contrast.
Finished Result
With a combination of hard landscaping materials, the garden has been finished to perfection. The space is now ready to be enjoyed by our clients, with a variety of levels to accommodate all their needs. Full planting will take place in the garden later this spring, adding colour and seasonal interest.
